Sarah Holton loves transforming her illustrations into wedding stationery & accessories for the home. A former art college student & brand specialist, Sarah launched Dragonfly & Blossom from her home in Malmesbury in 2013.
‘Everything is my own pencil drawings and made as locally as possible. I’m passionate about quality and love being involved in the process from start to finish. Designs are nature based, inspired by the surrounding countryside, with the home accessories being black on white. People like their timelessness and the fact they can be paired with different colour schemes.’
The Insect Collection features bees, ladybirds, butterflies & dragonflies while the Countryside Collection has stags, pheasants, hares and squirrels. For Christmas there’s a special range with robins, holly, mistletoe & doves, and new designs are added regularly so there’s always something new.
Starting with wedding stationery featuring colourful, floral designs it wasn’t long before Sarah launched her fine bone china. Since then she’s extended to fabric – choose from her gorgeous cushions, aprons, noticeboards, lampshades or Christmas stockings. Her candles, diffusers and wax melts are all 100% natural with her illustrations on the labels. For wedding favours or similar Sarah can create more bespoke labelling.
‘I love seeing people face to face so, although I sell online. I regularly attend fairs and can be found in the Corn Hall in Cirencester every Thursday. I never tire of seeing someone delighted by my products and taking them home – I always feel immensely flattered.’
We are very fortunate to live in such a varied, beautiful and connected location. Wiltshire gives me and my family a chance to live in and love the countryside, easy connections to London and Bath for brilliant days out and a wonderful place to raise my family with opportunities around every corner. What a great place to live.

We have spent many any evening sat in the summer sun in the lovely garden after the children have finished primary school for the week or waiting for a school play to begin. A happy place to be.
A wonderful spot to stop for Saturday lunch with great food and a lovely welcoming interior – we always enjoy our stops here.
